A completely bespoke wedding platform combining a personalised guest website, online RSVP journey, individual dietary requirements, automated confirmations and a private system for managing the complete wedding guest list.
Hannah & Joe wanted more than a standard wedding information page. Guests needed an easy way to RSVP online while providing party sizes, individual guest names, dietary requirements, allergies and personal messages. Hannah & Joe also needed a simple private system where all of this information could be viewed and managed without relying on spreadsheets, separate messages and manually maintained guest lists.

Hannah & Joe's wedding project was built as much more than a traditional wedding website. Alongside creating a personalised place for guests to find everything they need for the day, I developed a completely bespoke RSVP platform and private guest-management system behind it.
The public website guides guests through the wedding naturally, giving them access to their invitation and RSVP alongside useful information about the day, venue, accommodation and Hannah & Joe's wedding plans.
Rather than using a generic RSVP form, the system was built specifically around the wedding.
Guests can confirm whether they are attending, enter their details, specify how many people are attending within their party and provide the name and dietary requirements of every individual guest.
This means dietary requirements and allergies are collected against the actual person they belong to rather than being stored as one general note against an entire RSVP.
Guests can also leave a personal message for Hannah & Joe and receive an automated confirmation once their RSVP has been successfully submitted.
Behind the website is a completely private guest-management system designed specifically for the couple.
Hannah & Joe can securely log in and immediately see how their guest list is progressing without maintaining separate spreadsheets or manually collating responses.
The private dashboard provides live information covering total RSVP responses, the total number of people attending, declined invitations and attendees with dietary requirements.
A dedicated Who's Coming area breaks RSVP parties down into the individual people attending, making it much easier to understand the true final guest list.
Each attendee can be viewed alongside their dietary information and the RSVP party they belong to.
The system also keeps declined invitations organised separately while retaining the guest's details and any message they submitted.
Search functionality makes it possible to quickly find guests using their name, email address or dietary requirements.
Individual RSVP records can also be opened from within the private system, giving Hannah & Joe access to the complete submission including the primary guest, everyone attending within their party, dietary information and their personal message.
If something changes after an RSVP has been submitted, the details can also be updated from within the system.
The finished project gives guests a simple and polished way to RSVP online while giving Hannah & Joe one organised place containing everything they need to manage their wedding guest list.
