These terms apply if you subscribe to receive emails from Michael Wood Technology.

What you’ll receive

Emails may include development tips, launch notes and occasional updates about services. I aim to send emails infrequently and keep them useful.

How your data is used

• Your email address is used only to send the newsletter and related updates.
• I do not sell or rent subscriber details.
• My newsletter system is a custom build. Emails are sent using my own website infrastructure.

Unsubscribing

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Once unsubscribed, you will not receive further marketing emails.

Delivery & reliability

While I take care to send emails reliably, delivery can be affected by spam filters and email provider systems. I cannot guarantee delivery to every inbox.

Misuse

If a subscription appears abusive, automated or malicious, I may block it to protect the system.
