- Use forms to send spam, malicious content or abusive messages
- Copy, scrape or reuse site content for commercial purposes without permission
No warranties
I try to keep the site accurate and available, but the website is provided “as is”. I do not guarantee that content will always be complete, accurate, or available.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for losses arising from your use of this website, including indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or personal injury where it would be unlawful to do so.

Payments
Where services are offered, payment may be requested by bank transfer or by Stripe payment link.
If you choose to pay by Stripe, payment processing is handled by Stripe and your use of Stripe’s payment system is also subject to Stripe’s own terms and privacy practices.
Payment instructions, due dates, deposit requirements, staged payments, and final balances will normally be set out in a quote, invoice, proposal, email, or separate written agreement.
- Payments must be made in the currency and by the method stated on the invoice or payment link.
- Work may be paused or delayed if payment is overdue.
- Access to deliverables, launch, handover, or transfer of final files may be withheld until outstanding balances are paid, where lawful and agreed.
- Bank transfer payments are treated as received once cleared funds arrive.
- Stripe payments are treated as received once the payment has been successfully processed.
Refunds and cancellations
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments for time already spent, completed work, delivered milestones, third-party costs, or booked project time are generally non-refundable.
Any refund, cancellation, rescheduling, or project termination terms will normally be set out in the relevant quote, invoice, proposal, or client agreement. Where a separate agreement exists, that agreement takes priority.
