The problem

The client needed a professional website and a reliable internal system to manage aesthetics training bookings, deposits, balance payments, customer accounts, enrolment forms, learner declarations, home study review, receipts, cancellations, reschedule requests, attendance confirmations, callback requests, admin notes and CRM notifications without relying on disconnected manual processes.

What I built

Key parts of the build.

Designed and built the public-facing website structure for treatments, training courses, policies, contact pages, reviews and local SEO area pages

Created individual treatment pages and a structured training course section with detailed course pages, pricing, duration, modules, outcomes and FAQs

Updated the full training course content set, including the Advanced Skin Quality & Regenerative Aesthetics course covering chemical peels, invasive microneedling, skin boosters and polynucleotides

Built a custom online course booking journey with course dates, spaces remaining, customer lookup, saved customer details, experience checks and terms acceptance

Added existing customer login handling during booking, including a forgotten password link so returning learners can recover access before continuing

Integrated Stripe Checkout for training deposits and remaining balance payments

Created secure customer accounts and automated portal password setup for new learners

Built a client portal where learners can view bookings, payment status, receipts, enrolment progress, training materials, theory/home study status and attendance information

Added portal support for enrolment submission, further information requests, resubmission and approved status messaging

Built a detailed course enrolment agreement form with learner details, emergency contacts, payment details, declarations, health and safety terms, cancellation terms, data consent and signature capture

Generated enrolment PDFs that admins can view and download from the CRM

Created an admin enrolment review workflow so staff can approve enrolments or request further information with feedback emailed to the learner

Behind the build

What made this project work.

Perfect Features by Sian needed more than a brochure website. The business needed a polished public-facing website for aesthetics treatments and training courses, plus a private operational platform to manage the full learner journey behind the scenes.

The project became a connected custom system covering the website, course booking journey, Stripe deposit and balance payments, customer accounts, client portal, enrolment forms, home study review, admin CRM, receipts, notifications, cancellation handling, reschedule requests, attendance confirmations and installable app-style access through PWA support.

The public website was structured around both sides of the business: aesthetics treatments and professional training. Treatment pages, training course pages, area SEO pages, policy pages, reviews, contact sections and clear booking routes were built to give the business a credible and professional online presence.

For training, I built a custom course booking flow that lets learners choose a course date, enter their details, confirm experience and support requirements, accept the training terms and pay a deposit through Stripe. Existing customers can log back in, forgotten passwords can be recovered, and new customers automatically receive portal account setup instructions.

The customer portal gives learners a clear place to view bookings, payment status, receipts, enrolment forms, training materials, home study status, attendance information and follow-up actions. It supports further information requests, enrolment resubmission, home study resubmission and clear status messaging, so learners understand what they need to do next.

The admin CRM gives Perfect Features by Sian a private workspace to manage course bookings, customers, course dates, payments, enrolments, home study pass/fail decisions, receipts, notifications, internal notes, callback requests and booking history. It was built around the way the business works day to day, with the goal of reducing manual admin and keeping important learner records together in one system.

A major part of the build was the enrolment and home study workflow. Learners complete an enrolment agreement through the portal, admins can review it, approve it or request further information, and automated emails keep the learner updated. Home study and theory work is completed externally, then tracked inside the CRM with pass/fail decisions, feedback and resubmission support.

The result is a full operational platform rather than just a website — a system that supports the business from first enquiry through to booking, deposit payment, enrolment, training preparation, home study review, attendance confirmation, receipts and ongoing learner management.
