The clinic operates across Manchester, Knutsford and Nantwich, so location was an important part of the website architecture. Dedicated location content was introduced to make it clearer where treatments are available while also creating a stronger foundation for local search visibility across each area.
Treatment booking was connected with Fresha so customers can move naturally from researching a treatment on the Sculpt Faces website into the live booking system. This allowed the website to remain completely bespoke while using Fresha for appointment availability and clinic booking management.
Alongside the treatment website, the project also included a complete professional training section. Individual training courses can present detailed course information, pricing, course content, learning outcomes and booking options while connecting into the wider learner management system.
Behind the public website sits a bespoke customer portal and CRM built specifically around the Sculpt Faces business. Instead of managing training customers through disconnected emails, payment records and documents, learner information can be brought together into a structured system covering bookings, payments, enrolment, course information, receipts and progress.
Stripe was integrated into the platform to provide secure online payment handling. Payment records can be connected directly to customers and bookings, giving both the learner and the business a clearer view of what has been paid and what remains outstanding.
The customer portal gives learners their own secure area rather than relying on long email chains. From here they can access relevant booking information, payment information, receipts, enrolment actions, course information and other stages of their training journey.
A private CRM gives Sculpt Faces a central administrative workspace for managing customers, training bookings, course dates, payments, enrolments, receipts, notifications and other operational information. The system was designed around the actual workflow of the business rather than adapting the business to a generic off-the-shelf CRM.
Branded transactional email communication was also built into the platform so important actions can trigger clear, professional messages. This provides a more consistent customer experience while reducing the amount of repetitive administration required behind the scenes.
The website and internal systems were built with responsive design throughout, allowing the public website, customer portal and CRM to be used effectively across desktop, tablet and mobile devices. PWA support was also introduced for the private systems, allowing supported devices to install the portal or CRM for quicker app-style access.
SEO was considered as part of the overall architecture rather than being added after launch. Clean URLs, metadata, structured treatment content, location landing pages, sitemap configuration, robots directives, Google Analytics and Google Search Console provide a strong technical foundation for future organic growth.
The finished project gives Sculpt Faces far more than a website. It provides a connected digital infrastructure for attracting new treatment clients, presenting professional training, handling bookings and payments, supporting learners, managing internal administration and allowing the business to continue expanding without relying on disconnected systems.
