Branded Express was a large bespoke WooCommerce build created for a business selling branded clothing, workwear, salon uniforms, print products, bundles and signage services.
The challenge with the project was that the business does not operate like a standard online shop. Different product types required different customer journeys, visual structures, product information, and operational handling. The goal was to create a platform that felt modern and easy to browse for customers, while also giving the business a cleaner operational workflow behind the scenes.
A major focus of the build was avoiding the “generic WooCommerce” feel. Instead of relying heavily on prebuilt layouts, the project used custom templates, bespoke homepage sections, category-specific structures, custom product cards, tailored checkout improvements, branded transactional emails, and responsive frontend layouts designed specifically around the products and services the business offers.
The build also included SEO setup, structured metadata, product organisation, shipping configuration, Stripe and Klarna integration, order tracking functionality, artwork handling improvements, email setup, and ongoing optimisation work to improve search visibility and overall maintainability.
Overall, the result is a scalable eCommerce platform that gives Branded Express a much stronger online presence while supporting future growth across branded clothing, signage, print and promotional services.
