Gallahammer Games was built as a bespoke WooCommerce platform focused around tabletop gaming, miniatures, trading cards and hobby products.
Rather than relying on a generic off-the-shelf WooCommerce theme, the project focused heavily on creating a stronger branded customer experience throughout the entire website — from browsing products and reading updates, through to checkout, transactional emails and post-order communication.
The build combines custom WooCommerce templates, bespoke frontend styling, themed legal pages, branded transactional emails, responsive layouts and reusable content systems to create a platform that feels far more tailored to the gaming industry than a standard eCommerce store.
A major part of the project was improving the overall customer journey and operational structure. Instead of keeping the default WooCommerce layouts, large parts of the shopping experience were redesigned and customised specifically around the business and audience.
